Would you like to join our ever growing sales team and develop new and existing opportunities via outbound telesales activity, by targeting our education and health customers?

Your knowledge of the reseller market and competitors is valued but full training will be given. You will have to liaise with internal departments, couriers and suppliers in order to solve various customer queries.

Any previous experience is valued but not essential as full training will be given. We look for people who have excellent time management skills, who are motivated by results and driven to succeed. You must also have good communication skills and work well as part of a team.


Do you want to offer your technical advice and support to customers via inbound calls as well as other electronic communication?

You will need to be forward thinking and find a resolution for a wide range of technical requests, you must also provide customers with excellent customer service, be motivated by results and driven to succeed at all times.

Technical support experience would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given, you must show the ability to navigate external systems and websites as well as manage, organise and update relevant data using a range of database applications.
