The European Commission has established an Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR). It's designed to help customers living in the EU to settle a complaint regarding goods or services purchased from an EU based trader outside of court.
You may use the ODR service if you are a resident in the EU and have a complaint about a product or service purchased from us online. The ODR will then translate (if applicable) your complaint and submit it to the Financial Ombudsman Service. We recommend that you contact us first - we'll always try our best to help.
